Y&R.......what is wrong with Phyllis?

Nick is questioning Patty and Phyllis is peeking in the window it is not like she can hear the conversation or read lips and she knows what Patty and Nick look like so WHY let Patty see her and upset her......that didn't make since......Phyllis has been playing detective coming off smart and then she does this....not to smart on her part....and then Nick never said anything to her.
