I can't access my MyAnimeList account!?

This morning when I went to MyAnimeList.com, the page said "Access has been restricted for this account. If you feel this is an error, please contact someone on MAL's IRC:#myanimelist@irc.rizon.net"! What does this mean?? Please help!
