I have been Gluten Free for a little over a yr, and today was also diagnosed with functional hypoglycemia. I know I need to eat at least 6 small meals throughout the day, but was wondering about different meal ideas. I know I need complex carbs, because they dont turn into sugar as quickly, also lots of protein, and a little of the good fats. Can some one give a sample menu, and include pre and post workout snack (my sugar drops very low after exercise to the point of fainting). Thanks!
