Why am I always hot? ?

Like constantly, my hands are hot and clammy and basically all of me is always warm. My mate describes it as me 'radiating heat' and whenever I shake someones hand there always like, 'oh, your warm!' and I'm just thinking WTF?! No-one else seems to get this sht.. Even in cold weather..
