Irregular period! how can I make my period come before?

I'm 17 and I am irregular and I have been in you place before. With the signs your having your period is probably right around the corner. Just try to stop worrying and stressing about it. The stress cAn delay your period. If you want to look it up google stress and period or things thAt cAn delay your period. That helped me :) but trust me jut try to stop stressing and it'll come! Hope it all works out!
