Would you rather spend 700 Billion to bail out wall street, or 700 billion to cut world hunger in half?

The kids who are starving to death in Africa are doing so at the hands of rich Africans and politicians. If the bailout doesn't happen then the whole world suffers. If this country falls into a depression and loses in dominance who will help the rest of the world when catastrophes occur, Russia, China or maybe Iran?
