Whi is a bigger problem in our country bad governance or the lack of dicipline among our peaple?

the role of the government is to represent the people and defend us from outside entities. not to discipline us. we need to do that ourselves, for ourselves, if that's what we want. obviously we do, because we have had laws created to protect ourselves from those seeking to go beyond the regular modi of discipline. so we are the problem, if we so choose to agree to that, as a people as a whole. if we want something from a pol, who is not responding, we need to elect them out of office.
