What are my chances of getting into a good/average Electrical Engineering school in California?

So im a high school senior with a 2.9 GPA 1400 SAT (I took it again a couple days ago I think I did alittle bit better and Im going to take the ACT) and I want to go to a college that has a good/average Electrical Engineering program in California. I have 100+ service hours and I play soccer and baseball. I don't know if this helps but I go to a well known private school in Southern California. So basically I want to know If I have any chances of getting into Cal Poly Pomona/SLO, if not I would appreciate it if you could recommend some colleges that would most likely accept me.
