Reg Hindu divorce- action against an erring husband.?

Firstly no one can forcibly make you to live with your husband who is sadist by nature and secondly his sadist acts amounts to act of cruelty on the basis of which you can seek dissolution of marriage by decree of divorce OR can even seek the decree of judicial separation wherein you get right to live separately from him and not made to indulge in conjugal relationship with him in other words you have protection of court for not living with him as his wife in conjugal relationship.
