Please help with virus?

everytime i try to go on to a site it takes me to crawler.com it appeared in control panel and i removed it, i dont even know how it got there in the first place, but even thought i uninstalled it, it still comes up! can someone please paste me a link that i can use to get rid of this, i think it's a malicious spyware, i tried so much, but cant seem to get rid of it, even adaware didnt work! thank you!!
