Im married here in the philippines and divorce in japan can i remarry again?what step im gonna do?

i have a bf now he wants to marry me here in the philippines,i receive a report of divorce of philippine consul in osaka and my pport back to my single name but i don't know what to do to make me marry again?please can you help me.
