I am looking to buy either a Dodge Neon 1998, 104,000 miles on it or a Geo Storm 1992, 92,000 miles?

The Neon is $2000 and the Geo Storm is $1,475! I test drove both of them and the Geo needs new axels which will get put on tom. i like how the Geo drives more, but i've heard they are both grap and don't buy them! I don't know if i should buy either or which car is better the Geo or the Neon! The Neon also has been left in the rain and the back seat is water logged and is sitting a puttle of mudd and the car stinks and the Geo has no radio! But i'm going to college and need something good and cheap i know both cars are not perfect! Which is better the Geo or the Neon or should i buy neither!?
