Bad attitude at christmas?

this person handles everyone with a slick mall street,fast food, if i can't dazzle you with my footwork i'll baffle you with my B.S. he has done this fore so long i think it's now the way he is and this is coming back to haunt at christmas.is there any way to help this man before it becomes a way of life for him and no one wants to have anything to do with him at christmas ????
