32 weeks and 4 days..?

I went to the dr yesterday and the dr checked my cervix, it was closed.. the dr said she could feel the babys head and it would push back against her fingers and kinda bounces up and then back down.. does this mean the baby has dropped? This is my 3rd baby, and I was in labor and delivery being monitored for contractions, which was why tey checked me.
